At Homely Crate LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email support@homelycrate.com


5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return cost
